The infant Lead Teacher is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment for infants. The teacher supports each child’s individual needs, routines, and milestones while building strong, trusting relationships with children and families. Responsibilities include Following each child’s feeding, sleeping, diapering, and daily care routines, communicating regularly and respectfully and with parents, Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom.
