This Program Specialist provides technical assistance to child care providers applying for State and Federally funded stipend programs.

The Infant and Preschool Teacher is responsible for creating a warm, responsive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children ages 0–5. Under the guidance of Title V, CCTR, and CSPP program standards, the teacher plans and implements curriculum, conducts assessments, and provides individualized care and instruction. The role requires collaboration with families and staff, attention to regulatory compliance, and a strong commitment to fostering children’s growth across all developmental domains in alignment with DRDP and CLASS frameworks.The Teacher Aide supports the classroom team in providing safe, nurturing, and engaging care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Under the supervision of the lead teacher, the aide assists with daily routines, classroom activities, and caregiving tasks such as feeding, diapering, and supervision. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a positive learning environment and supporting the social, emotional, and developmental needs of young children in accordance with Title V and licensing regulations.
